At Serakem we are serious about developing local/regional talent to support the Oil & Gas industry. We believe that there is sufficient experience available in the local market to commence transitioning away from International service providers and replace them with local capability. Moreover, throughout our working life we have come to appreciate that motivation, drive and attitude largely make up for experience in the early phases of a career. We are therefore seeking out graduates with either prior oilfield experience or with demonstrable affinity and aptitude towards O&G operations in the broadest sense. We intend to build a network of local engineers upon which we can draw as and when the company grows.
